I took the Career Advancement Programme in Advocating for Mental Health Policy (Advanced) at Stanmore School of Business and it was a great experience. The course was pretty cool, with lots of interesting topics and discussions. I liked the part about policy evaluation, it was really helpful to learn how to assess the effectiveness of different policies. The instructors were also super knowledgeable and responsive to our questions. One thing that could be improved is the pace of the course, sometimes it felt a bit rushed. But overall, I'm happy with what I learned and I think it will be useful in my future career. The course materials were also pretty good, with some really useful resources and examples.

The course was absolutely amazing, with the most incredible instructors and the most relevant, up-to-date materials. I mean, who wouldn't want to learn about mental health policy from the best in the field?! The course covered everything from the basics of policy-making to the most advanced strategies for advocating for change. And the best part? The community of students and instructors was so supportive and encouraging, it felt like we were all in this together! I gained so much practical knowledge and skills, from how to craft a compelling policy brief to how to build a coalition of stakeholders. I'm already using what I learned to make a real difference in my community and I couldn't be more grateful.
